Makeup questions?
Hi I am new to makeup and I have a few questions to ask:
1. Do I apply a concealer before or after foundation?
2. Do I have to use loose/pressed powder if I use a powder foundation?
3. How do I do eyebrow shading?
4. For blush, do I brush it upwards from the cheek to the ears or downwards from the ear to the cheek?

1. AFTER!!!! If you put it on before, it defeats the whole purpose... you want to buy concealer that is 1 shade lighter than your foundation because the dark area under your eyes will make the concealer appear darker- matching it exactly to your skin tone.
2. Use liquid if you have dry skin and powder if you have oily skin because it will suck up some of those unwanted oils.
3. If you want your eyebrows to be a little darker, get an angle brush and dip in into a bit of medium brown eyeshadow, then just feather on lightly.
4. For blush, choose a bright shade, i mean really bright. After you've applied your foundation and concealer, take a large powder brush and just dab it lightly against the brush. Then apply a small amount to the apples of the cheeks (when you smile, the part that sticks out) remember, apply a SMALL amount. And before you think you need more, step back from the mirror and see what it looks like from far away- you might see that you don't even need any more. remember, you want it to look natural aka. don't put it all along the cheekbone, just on the apples.
