Makeup tips for me??

Ok, well first when I get my eyeliner it doesn't look good. My eyes are dark brown and I'm not so Im a little pale. Is it because I'm a little paler than it doesn't look good? Actually using blue eyeliner. Also, some tips on how to put in, as you do the top lid of the eye, too? I dont even usually. What color eyeshadow should be used and what brand? Im thinking of getting CoverGirl surviving micro tru blend foundation or mineral foundation. What do you think is better? Thank you. Eh! there! Well, apparently they have not had the opportunity to experiment with a lot of makeup yet. This is definitely no bad thing. But always good to have a starting outside guidance. So, first things first. You mentioned you have brown eyes and like to wear blue shirts. Not to be depressing, but blue is typically a very difficult color to use ... for anyone! Simply because not only is flattering to most skin tones. My suggestion would be to negotiate blue shirt brown or gray. Possibly black for the night, but black can sometimes be too harsh a light complexion. Once you have ditched the blue line, try applying eyeliner in brown or gray color to your top lash line only. I like to buy the kind that comes attached with a final Smudger. This way is a soft and can be mixed into the lash line for a more natural finish. Also, I would only add to the baseline line the tabs at night or if you really feel you need. But if you only apply to the bottom of the eye, the eye tends to close what they seem smaller. And every sense of liner wear is to enhance the eyes. So if you decide to use on the bottom, gently apply the corner outside half, and mix well (not all the way to the inside corner). After applying the coating, try using a copper shade. This compliments almost any color and eye color goes with almost everything. Another color that looks great on brown peepers is green. There is a bright green, but a rich hunter green. Play with different shades and see what works best their functions. Any warning shadow shades will look good on brown eyes. However, remember never to use the same color across the eye, apply a gloss right below your eyebrows arch. And for emphasis, DAB brightness at the tip of your finger and gently apply to the inside corner of his eyes. In addition, to help achieve a more natural look, use a mask instead of black integral. Or, if your natural lashes are long enough, just use a transparent mask. And to get that fresh face as celebrities, always moisturize before applying your foundation or powder. This way you get a correct application. Anything minerals is probably your best bet, which helps protect the skin while providing coverage. And be sure to mix your jaw line and, This area is prone to get scratched. The bronzer or blush in circles on the apples of the cheeks and lips using a bright color (look for Burt's beeswax - great stuff!) For a polished look.
